Eternity

Don’t be blinded by your desires or deceived by a form of logic that denies Christ.

Question – “If He is truly a God of love then why torment us with Hell?”

Answer- “Why do we  send lawbreakers to prison? We do it because laws are put into effect and the consequences of choice determine whether you are free or bound.”

We all have sinned; we have all broken the law of God. Jesus has offered Himself up in our place. The cost for this service is to come under His authority so He can keep us from continuing down The path of destruction.
If you find yourself in Hell it will be by your choice, not God’s choice.
2 Peter 3:8-10 (ESV)
“8 But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance. 10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed.”

Life is too short and eternity too long. Don’t be so consumed with the present that you fail to prepare for the future.
Revelation 20:15 (ESV)
“15 And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.”
